| Personality Overview | Much like his revered father, Zelar has a tactical mind that understands the intricacies of strategy; in chess terms, he thinks twelve oves ahead. And like a chess player, he has no problem sacrificing a piece if it wins him the game. He has a subtle mind, is highly suspicious by nature, and quick to pick up on inconsistencies in behavior. Very observant, politically astute. Strong believer in family and has always honored and obeyed the head of his family, his father. He's a devoted father and son; his family would consider him to be loving, caring, and compassionate and that's true. It's just that to him, as a Cardassian, other species just don't have the same 'value'. He enjoys debates and has a great deal of respect for his wife's scientific accomplishments. When the Ocett is in port, his sons spent time with him on-board; his wife is currently expecting their third child. And while he's loyal, he's by no means stupid. He can be harsh in his judgements, even when it comes to other Cardassians. |
